How long have you been in Real Estate?

As the founder of this site I’ll mention my own experience briefly, and others who contribute articles, videos and other content we will cover case by case as we go along. I bought my first investment property when I was about twenty years old and had a real estate license about a year or so later – as best as I recall – and that was a very long time ago. I went on to get my brokers license, buy and sell more homes personally, and I became a property manager and landlord. While I have started and owned many other businesses over the years I have remained connected to real estate in some capacity ever since. Today I enjoy attracting recruiting and helping others get started in real estate and teaching agents how to do better in real estate.

What is different about you?

Our approach is straight forward and clearly focused. I do not believe in smoke and mirrors and nonsense. Just fundamentals that actually work, that can be taught, modeled and replicated successfully by anyone willing to do the work to make it happen.

I seek to build long term relationships that are mutually beneficial. With that in mind there are no “secrets” or easy buttons – just sound principles, systems and hard work that produces results.
